Take the daily, weekly or seasonal rate (less any discount) + cleaning fees + 11% (sales and tourist tax) + electric charge + any additional fees.
 

Example: 

Daily rate is $100 x 30 days less discount ($700) = $2,300.00
Cleaning                                                           = $   150.00
Subtotal:                                                           =$2,450.00
Electricity (350 month/31days=$11.29 x 31        +  $   350.00
Total due                                                         =  $2,800.00

• 30% of subtotal = deposit - due at reservation
• 70% balance - due one month prior to arrival
• For your safety, all prepayments are held in escrow until move-in
• $500 security deposit - due upon arrival
• electricity – taken from security (usually about $35 - $90 per week)

Smoking and Pets

• Smoking ONLY on the patio / pool deck.
• NO pets allowed, if necessary ask for exceptions.
