William grew up in the real estate industry.  After graduating in 2004, William got his real estate license and began working in the property management division working his way up to Property Manager.  As a full time agent William dedicates his time to serving the needs of owners and tenants.

Kim has an extensive background as a business owner and understands the needs of maintaining income to cover costs related to expenses for a property.  Kim makes every effort to maintain knowledge of the market and trends in seasonal rentals. 

Klaus has been leasing seasonal properties for many years and brings his experience to the company by providing quality service to his clients and customers.  Klaus will assist in getting clients oriented as to the leasing processes and activities in our area.

Licia is proficient in bookkeeping and maintenance issues related to our managed properties.
